About Me

What do you really want to know? There's not much to say…

I started my career doing normal IT Support / Help Desk type of work, and gradually moved into more sysadmin-type work. That role evolved into DevOps Engineer, and eventually a Site Reliability Engineer.

I try to make my sandbox as close to what my work is like, but due to software and hardware scale constraints, I try to play with anything that is interesting.

I started this blog because there have been things that I've worked on for personal or for work reasons that sometimes require an inordinate amount of piecing together little things and testing to have everything make sense.

I'm not one to try to learn everything there is on something, but enough to get the job done, and then a little more. This blog is a way for me to share back to others, who are on the same journey, or just starting out, things that I've learned or found fascinating. This, to me, is the bare minimum I can do to try to help out others like myself.
